Well that's what we're doing for 2 weeks over Christmas, So...

Santa's Ghetto opened its doors last night for a private view with
new work by Banksy, Jamie Hewlett (Gorillaz) Paul Insect, David Shrigley,
Bst, Faile, Eine, Modern Toss, D-Face, Mode 2, Chris Cunningham, 3D
(Massive Attack) Jamie Reid (Sex Pistols). Nice to see Peter Blake at
the opening night handing out signed pencil drawings to the artists
who are involved in the show... We love Peter!!!

in use. The design team at BBC Wales worked on the typography and
elipse and Insect on the abstract background which is to tie in with our

Hello at last Insect lovers!
Welcome to the new site! So sorry it's taken so long to update, but as you
can see we've had a complete overhaul . Hope you like the new look - much as
we love Insects we just couldn't handle using butterflies, ivy, victoriana
etc etc. any more - in fact, we reckon the butterfly has probably been the
most overused image in illustration over the last 2 years and we've had to
shed our wings. There's lots of new work in the portfolio and events
sections and a whole new press section too. Our shop is just about up and
running too, we'll be adding new limited prints over the next few months so
keep checking it out.
We're not sure where to start really - the nest has been so busy over the
last few months. Work-wise it's been a real busy Summer. We're in the last
few weeks of art direction for the first TDK Cross Central music festival.
The 3 day event is kinda like an urban Glastonbury or Reading, held in the
huge space in and around Kings Cross Freight Depot. The line-up's massive,
and it's only £20 a day so go to tdkcrosscentral.co.uk and check the
details.
Carnesky's Ghost Train has now started it's month-long residency at The
Truman Brewery on Brick Lane. We've been working on the graphics, website
etc. for this project over the last 3 months, and it's been right up

We're also still rocking along with ongoing work for upcoming young MC, Lady
Sovereign, DJ Sneak, Archive, a collaboration with Banksy for the new
Benjamin Zephaniah album, Adidas Climacool, The Future Laboratory etc. And
we've also just landed what could be our biggest, and most exciting, job of
the year, but we're still at confidentiality stage so more news on that
later! We've also been working with Banksy over the last few weeks on the
next stage of picturesonwalls.com, and the unveiling of his latest work in
Clerkenwell Green which launched last night, here are a few pics.

Music-wise, our latest House Of Fix gig rocked the electro tent at
Switzerland's Knockout Festival (www.knockout.ch) a few weekends ago, but
Paul Insect came to a sticky end when he misjudged the stage exit and fell
10 ft to the ground, fracturing 3 ribs!!! He's been resting up since... but
not that much! Our ever-impending first London gigs will definitely be
happening soon...

Well, its been a busy start to the year, that's why our site hasn't
changed for a few months. We are in the process of redesigning
the whole thing and adding new work, and finally getting our shop

As well as our usual design shenanigans, we've been playing a
few cheeky gigs abroad as the House Of Fix, rocking the Bikini
Test in Switzerland in May. We spent a night lording it up at the
twisted house of H R Giger (the guy who designed Ridley Scott's
Alien). And managed to gather some amazing imagery. Our first
London gig is coming up very soon so we'll keep you posted.
Design-wise we've been working with some cool new artists,
including young London MC Lady Sovereign who's just finished
supporting Obie Trice on tour, Craig Armstrong, Archive and
Kelli Ali (ex-Sneaker Pimps)

QEE BEAR - EXPO
Insect was kindly asked by Mike and Katie at Tado to
customise an 8" Qee Bear for the U.K Qee Bear Expo
that is now up and running. The exhibition runs for
a month and then moves to Colette in Paris, after
that is will tour the world. Once the final show has finished
all the Qee's will return to London for an auction with
all proceeds going to charity.

Hello at last Insect lovers!
Welcome to the new site! So sorry it's taken so long to update, but as you
can see we've had a complete overhaul . Hope you like the new look - much as
we love Insects we just couldn't handle using butterflies, ivy, victoriana
etc etc. any more - in fact, we reckon the butterfly has probably been the
most overused image in illustration over the last 2 years and we've had to
shed our wings. There's lots of new work in the portfolio and events
sections and a whole new press section too. Our shop is just about up and
running too, we'll be adding new limited prints over the next few months so
keep checking it out.
We're not sure where to start really - the nest has been so busy over the
last few months. Work-wise it's been a real busy Summer. We're in the last
few weeks of art direction for the first TDK Cross Central music festival.
The 3 day event is kinda like an urban Glastonbury or Reading, held in the
huge space in and around Kings Cross Freight Depot. The line-up's massive,
and it's only £20 a day so go to tdkcrosscentral.co.uk and check the
details.
Carnesky's Ghost Train has now started it's month-long residency at The
Truman Brewery on Brick Lane. We've been working on the graphics, website
etc. for this project over the last 3 months, and it's been right up
Insect's street - Fairgrounds, freaks, twisted illusions and magic

We're also still rocking along with ongoing work for upcoming young MC, Lady
Sovereign, DJ Sneak, Archive, a collaboration with Banksy for the new
Benjamin Zephaniah album, Adidas Climacool, The Future Laboratory etc. And
we've also just landed what could be our biggest, and most exciting, job of
the year, but we're still at confidentiality stage so more news on that
later! We've also been working with Banksy over the last few weeks on the
next stage of picturesonwalls.com, and the unveiling of his latest work in
Clerkenwell Green which launched last night, here are a few pics.

Music-wise, our latest House Of Fix gig rocked the electro tent at
Switzerland's Knockout Festival (www.knockout.ch) a few weekends ago, but
Paul Insect came to a sticky end when he misjudged the stage exit and fell
10 ft to the ground, fracturing 3 ribs!!! He's been resting up since... but
not that much! Our ever-impending first London gigs will definitely be
happening soon...

Hello all!
Well, its been a busy start to the year, that's why our site hasn't
changed for a few months. We are in the process of redesigning
the whole thing and adding new work, and finally getting our shop
up and running which will include new prints, T-shirts and music,
so we will inform you once the new site is live...
As well as our usual design shenanigans, we've been playing a
few cheeky gigs abroad as the House Of Fix, rocking the Bikini
Test in Switzerland in May. We spent a night lording it up at the
twisted house of H R Giger (the guy who designed Ridley Scott's
Alien). And managed to gather some amazing imagery. Our first
London gig is coming up very soon so we'll keep you posted.
Design-wise we've been working with some cool new artists,
including young London MC Lady Sovereign who's just finished
supporting Obie Trice on tour, Craig Armstrong, Archive and
Kelli Ali (ex-Sneaker Pimps)

QEE BEAR - EXPO
Insect was kindly asked by Mike and Katie at Tado to
customise an 8" Qee Bear for the U.K Qee Bear Expo
that is now up and running. The exhibition runs for
a month and then moves to Colette in Paris, after
that is will tour the world. Once the final show has finished
all the Qee's will return to London for an auction with
all proceeds going to charity.

PANOS - FAKE ROAD SIGNS EXHIBITION : LYON FRANCE
French designer FRANOIS VERDET http://www.kanardo.com invited
us to submit some designs for a fake road signs exhibition to be held
